Responsibilities:

1. Provide inbound and outbound customer support following a call flow guide.
2. Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and present using B2B and B2C skills.
3. Utilize product knowledge to build client relationships and find new retention strategies.
4. Be detail-oriented in selling products and services.
5. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
6. Offer additional products/services with each sale.
7. Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of proven sales experience, meeting quotas and selling products/services.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED.
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking, computer skills, and PC navigation.
• High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
