Best Buy Medical’s solid foundation starts with our diverse and talented teams. As a key member of our national revenue team, reporting directly to the VP of Sales - Retail, you will play a key role in scaling product adoption, building customer relationships, and achieving sales objectives through proactive remote engagement with Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts, reengagement of low-frequency accounts, and lead qualification efforts.

The Inside Sales Representative supports the growth of new and existing business in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec & the Atlantic Provinces) by executing targeted outbound campaigns, managing inbound inquiries, and coordinating with field sales representatives (Territory Managers). This position is remote; however, preference will be given to candidates in Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Engagement: Proactively manage and grow Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts using regular call/email cadences and by identifying upsell opportunities.
  2. Lead Qualification: Qualify new inbound leads and initiate outreach to low-frequency accounts, ensuring high-potential opportunities are handed off to Territory Managers as needed.
  3. Campaign Support: Support marketing and sales campaigns by booking demos, sending educational content, and following up on trials.
  4. CRM & Data Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM to ensure visibility and sales alignment.
  5. Collaboration with Field Sales: Coordinate with Territory Managers for appointment setting, account hand-offs, and shared opportunities in high-growth accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • 2-3+ years experience in Inside Sales or related role
