Job summary

The Humberview Group’s Goderich Toyota is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join the team in Goderich. You’ll guide customers through the sales journey, from vehicle selection to financing and delivery, and build long-term client relationships.

This role offers commission-based compensation with potential to earn from $60,000 to $110,000 annually, plus opportunities across 20 stores and 18 brands. Training, mentorship, and a supportive environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid OMVIC License required.
• Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required - training will be provided.
• Previous experience in dealership environment is considered an asset.
• Valid G driver’s license.
• Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Provide customers with excellent customer service and information regarding vehicles for sale.
• Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Provide financial information regarding finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required.
