Job summary

City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC in Toronto is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team. You’ll guide customers through the sales journey, including vehicle selection, test drives, pricing, financing, and delivery, while building lasting relationships.

This role offers base salary plus commission with earning potential up to CAD 75,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and team-focused culture within The Humberview Group.

Qualifications

• OMVIC certification required.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission, ranging from $50,000 - $75,000 a year, with potential to earn more based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Recommend value-added products and services.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred - but not required.
• Sales and Customer Service experience is required.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
