Job summary

A.U.G. Signals Ltd. is seeking a Sales Representative to support market expansion of its SIDP products. You will identify new opportunities, build a robust pipeline, qualify leads, and launch campaigns to create new leads.

You will communicate AUG's value proposition, work with prospects and distributors, and develop customer-specific presentations while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in B2B or B2G sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and closing large deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including engineers and executives.
• Ability to work in KPI-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities across different customer segments through various prospecting activities, including networking, prospecting and cold calling.
• Build a robust pipeline of potential leads by proactively working on outbound and inbound leads.
• Qualify leads through cold-calling, cold-emailing or LinkedIn outreach and arrange meetings.
• Successfully launch, manage, and track marketing campaigns to create new leads.
• Effectively understand and communicate the value proposition of AUG’s products, to prospects. Continuously enhance product knowledge and become a domain expert.
• Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification. Nurture relationships with potential customers and distributors across different markets.
• Analyze opportunity requirements, prepare responses for proposals, and create customer-specific presentations and other sales collateral

About the Position

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of successful sales experience (B2B or B2G sectors preferred)


• Demonstrable and proven track record of success in achieving sales quota, initiating account growth, and closing large deals


• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and high-achieving with excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation and consultative selling skills


• Experience working with cross-functional team members, including Hardware Engineers, Software Developers, Research Scientists and C-level Executives


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on writing email scripts and outreach sequences


• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills; proactive in seeking clarification


• Ability to keep up to date on industry news, trends, competitors, and target markets


• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce) – Additional Asset


• Comfortable operating in a KPI-driven environment and working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
