You will be responsible for educating customers, providing personalized recommendations, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Showcase products, offer personalized consultations, and provide excellent customer service based on individual preferences.
• Drive sales by proactively engaging customers and following up on leads.
• Negotiate with leads and use persuasion techniques to overcome objections.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including assisting with financing options.
• Maintain positive working relationships with existing clients and actively work outbound to establish relationships with new potential customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new products, and company promotions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous sales experience, preferably in outdoor products, home improvement, or luxury goods.
• Knowledge of spas, saunas, or related outdoor products is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
