Job description

Bayfield Ford Lincoln is looking to add a Sales Representative to join their team in Barrie.

Our Sales Representative are responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles and creating lasting relationships with customers.

Purchasing a vehicle is an exciting time! The Sales Representative will walk customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing vehicle prices and educating customers on vehicle inventory.

Job Duties

  1. Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
  2. Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
  3. Always maintain professionalism and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records.
  5. Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
  6. Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  8. Performs other duties as required.
What We Look For

  1. Valid OMVIC certification.
  2. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
  3. Familiarity with the Ford brand is an asset.
  4. Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  5. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  6. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  7. Excellent listening skills.
  8. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  9. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  10. Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
