Job summary

UA is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Price Coordinator in Mississauga to manage regional contract pricing and support profitability across corporate and associated stores. You will analyze cost and selling prices, maintain pricing data, and coordinate annual price reviews to balance competitive pricing with strong margins.

In this role you will partner with the Major Accounts team to support RFQs, contract pricing, bids, and sales reporting, while updating pricing information in internal

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Experience with pricing, invoicing, contract pricing, RFQs, bids, or related financial analysis preferred
  • Ability to develop pricing tools and reports, communicate recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support profitable pricing decisions

  • Communicate pricing guidelines and recommendations to store managers and owners.
  • Update pricing information in internal systems on a monthly basis.

  • Analyze selling-price and gross-margin variances to support profitable pricing decisions.
  • Partner with the Major Accounts team to support RFQs and contract-pricing requirements.
  • Assist with bid development by preparing detailed sales reports and pricing analyses

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Price Coordinator to manage regional contract pricing and support profitability across corporate and associated stores. In this role, you will analyze cost and selling prices, maintain pricing data, coordinate annual price reviews, and provide insights to help leaders balance competitive pricing with strong gross margins. You will also partner with the Major Accounts team to support RFQs, contract pricing, bids, and sales reporting
Salary Range:$70,100 – $87,600 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
