Job summary

UAP is seeking a Product Manager to assist the Senior Market Manager in implementing marketing strategies for product lines and driving sales growth. The role involves detailed analyses and maintaining master product files for the distribution system.

The successful candidate will update pricing, support promotions with the marketing team, and share product changes across the network, plus conduct market research to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in procurement, business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent time and priority management.
  • Excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed analyses and the data files to update specification sheets for product lines.
  • Update product line pricing at the request of the Senior Market Manager.
  • Work with marketing to prepare data and apply promotions to support sales growth.
  • Share product line changes with the entire network.
  • Review product line performance and establish sales improvement strategies.
  • Carry out market research as requested by the Senior Market Manager.

Job Description

The Product Management Department is currently seeking a Product Manager. The selected candidate will assist the Senior Market Manager in implementing approved marketing strategies for particular product lines to drive sales growth. Specifically, they must produce detailed analysis to contribute to the development of these strategies and keep the master product file updated for the distribution system.

This position pays between $70,100 and $87,600 yearly (depending on your qualifications). We offer a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training throughout your career to support and guide your professional development.

The Product Manager’s responsibilities include the following:

  • Prepare detailed analyses for the Senior Market Manager as well as the data files necessary to update the specification sheets for their line of products
  • At the request of the Senior Market Manager, implement pricing strategies by regularly updating product line prices
  • Work with the marketing team to prepare data and apply specific promotions to support sales growth
  • Share relevant information about product line changes to the entire network
  • Work with the Senior Market Manager to review product line performance and establish sales improvement strategies
  • At the request of the Senior Market Manager, carry out market research
Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • College or university degree in one of the following areas: procurement, business administration, marketing, or another related field
  • Two to three years of relevant experience working in purchasing, marketing, or another related field
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Excellent time and priority management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
