Roveir is a growth marketing partner for tech companies, startups, and DTC brands. Founded by alumni from Facebook and Tesla, we help high-growth businesses scale through paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and performance-driven creative.

We manage millions in ad spend across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more — and we’ve built a reputation for delivering real results, not vanity metrics.

The Role

We’re hiring an experienced Sales & Partnerships Account Executive with agency background to help us win new client partnerships and grow our monthly recurring revenue (MRR). You’ll be selling high-impact, performance-driven retainers ranging from $5k–$20k / month , working directly with founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders across tech, SaaS, and DTC brands.

You’ll be expected to actively prospect and build your own pipeline, though qualified inbound opportunities will also be provided. This is a performance-based role — success will be measured by your ability to consistently close deals and hit monthly revenue targets .

What You’ll Do

  • Own the complete sales cycle : outbound prospecting, discovery, pitching, proposal creation, and closing
  • Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and events
  • Handle inbound opportunities and move them efficiently through the funnel
  • Sell Roveir’s core services across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube etc
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on prospect needs
  • Track all outreach, pipeline activity, and deal stages in CRM (Pipedrive or HubSpot)
  • Report sales metrics and performance on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Represent the Roveir brand with a consultative, founder-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

  • Agency sales experience is required — please apply only if you’ve sold digital or performance marketing services
  • 3+ years of success in a sales role within a digital, creative, or performance agency
  • Proven track record of closing retainer deals in the $5k–$20k / month range
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing and how businesses scale through paid acquisition
  • Confident, consultative communicator with a sharp sense for discovery and value selling
  • Self-starter who thrives on ownership and hitting KPIs
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits and CRM discipline
  • Bonus : experience with Meta / Google Ads, CRO tools, and marketing services
