Abilities & Skills
- Project coordination across multiple timelines
- Managing creative assets, file transfers, and client deliverables
- Building and maintaining workback schedules
- Tracking time and resources (Clockify or similar tools)
- Leading client communication across revisions, approvals, and feedback cycles
- Coordinating with subcontractors (editors, motion designers, etc.)
- Notetaking and actioning from meetings (team, client, subcontractor)
- Comfortable using tools like Notion or Google Workspace
Experience
- 2–4 years in a project coordination, account management, or creative production role
- Experience in video production, post-production, or creative agencies preferred
- Experience managing client relationships and deliverables from briefing to final delivery
Excellent to Have
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects) to check files when wrapping projects
- Background in branded content, advertising, or digital media
- Understanding of file formats, video workflows, and typical production pipelines
About the Role
This role is central to the smooth operation of the agency. The Creative Account Manager will be the go-to person keeping everyone aligned and projects on track—communicating clearly between clients, creatives, and contractors, while freeing up the founder to focus on creative quality control and business development.
Project Management
- Oversee big-picture project timelines and deliverables.
- Create, maintain and update workback schedules, check in on project statuses, and flag potential delays or bottlenecks early.
- Ensure that each contributor to the project has the information, resources and details they need to succeed.
Client Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the production lifecycle.
- Gather and relay feedback, communicate revisions, and ensure expectations are clear and realistic.
- Assist in the creation of project estimates and handle conversations around project scope and production capabilities.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate subcontractors and editors, relaying creative briefs and client feedback.
- Ensure all files are organized, ingested, and delivered properly.
- Take detailed notes during meetings to keep the team aligned.
