Job summary

GMR SAFETY is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing daily administrative and operational activities, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring effective communication between customers, sales representatives and internal departments.

The role also provides commercial support by handling inquiries, smaller orders, and assisting Sales Representatives to focus on business development and key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role.
• Proven ability to qualify inquiries and coordinate orders.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bilingual in French & English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming inquiries and route opportunities to Sales Representatives.
• Handle distributor and customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Coordinate the order process, including PO reviews and approvals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
