Job summary

Mars Canada is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations Business Intelligence (Finance) to own the cross‑segment DdasS and Data Lake assets, lead the Canada Snacking Analytical Roadmap, and collaborate with global and central teams to evolve our analytics technology.

Based in Bolton with hybrid/remote options, the role covers Power BI, TPM, Kinaxis, and cloud‑based solutions, plus leadership of the Analytics Repository and central BI catalogue while ensuring data quality and single source of truth.

Qualifications

• University or College degree required.
• 3-5 years BI/Digital Technology experience.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience with big data architectures and data modeling.
• ELT/ETL data processing with Spark / PySpark.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, Databricks.
• Proficient in SQL and databases (Oracle/MS SQL/MySQL).
• Familiar with OLAP cubes and DAX/MDX expressions.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Digital Product roadmap to ensure digital technology is a competitive advantage.
• Participate in global digital teams to help lead any Canada specific implementations.
• Lead Canadian ecosystem and long-term strategy for the Segment.
• Support cross functional partners with technical system/ process constraints/deliveries as a SME.
• Deliver support and maintenance to existing Sales Ops Power BI Solutions.
• Provide ownership and stakeholder engagement for the Analytics HUB repository.
• Lead development migration of Sales Ops to Azure Cloud Resources.
• Ensure data accuracy and up-hold Single Source of Truth.
• Own central repository to capture all Mars Snacking Tools (Analytics Hub Canada).
• Market key user for TPM Source Agnostic.
