Job summary

Nestlé Canada is seeking a Manager, Sales Analytics & Enablement to drive analytics and decision-support for the Medical Nutrition sales organization. You will translate complex data into insights, partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to enable planning, forecasting, and performance.

The role requires 5–8 years in commercial analytics, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and CRM analytics platforms.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience developing dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI, Excel, CRM analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions for commercial planning and forecasting.
• Analyze sales, customer, operational, and market data to identify trends and insights.
• Translate business questions into actionable analytics, tools, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align reporting and priorities.
