Job summary

MNP Digital in Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics to lead and collaborate with the Business Intelligence Data & Analytics practice, designing modern cloud data platforms that support BI, AI, and data science. You will guide projects using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake.

You will mentor teams, shape data strategy from on-prem to cloud, and engage with clients to develop proposals and statements of work. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• 15+ years in data & analytics, including strategy and transformation.
• Ability to communicate at manager and executive levels across IT, analytics, finance, and operations.
• Experience with cloud data services and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud data architecture and data integration patterns.
• Lead engagements to design and develop data solutions for mixed workloads.
• Architect data implementation patterns using cloud capabilities.
• Lead teams in data migration/integration/warehouse plans and roadmaps.
• Mentor and manage team members across locations.
