Job summary

Mars Canada is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations Business Intelligence to own the cross‑segment DdasS and Data Lake assets, develop enhancements, and manage the Analytics repository. You will lead the Canadian Snacking Analytical Roadmap, collaborating with global teams to evolve our reporting systems including Power BI and cloud solutions.

The role is based in Bolton with regular in‑office collaboration; flexible remote options are available to support business outcomes and personal needs.

Qualifications

• University or College degree.
• 3-5 years of BI and/or Digital Technology experience.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience with big data architectures and data modelling.
• ELT/ETL data processing with Spark / PySpark.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau/Plotly, Data Bricks.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases (Oracle/MS SQL/MySQL).
• Knowledge of OLAP cubes and DAX/MDX expressions.

Responsibilities

• Own Digital Product roadmap for Mars Snacking Canada.
• Lead Canadian ecosystem and long-term strategy for the Segment.
• Support cross-functional partners with technical constraints.
• Deliver support and maintenance to Sales Ops Power BI solutions.
• Lead migration of Sales Ops to Azure Cloud Resources.
• Ensure data accuracy and Single Source of Truth.
