Job summary

Rogers in Calgary is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to enable field and vendor sales teams with onboarding, account maintenance, and service coordination.

You will manage onboarding, changes, migrations, migrations, escalations, and reporting while collaborating across Sales Operations, Care, Billing, and Technical Operations. This role is onsite in Calgary and supports sustained customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, changes, renewals, migrations, upgrades, downgrades, and disconnects.

• Provide operational support to Account Executives across Sales segments.
• Prepare reporting, dashboards, and portfolio tracking.
• Resolve customer and operational escalations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill requests.
