Rogers Communications, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in Calgary to support onboarding, account maintenance, and service migrations across Residential Sales teams.

You will coordinate installations, manage inquiries, and escalate issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Care, and Operations, handling reporting and dashboards, and maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, changes, renewals, migrations, upgrades, downgrades, and disconnects.
• Manage account maintenance activities, work orders, and service migrations.
• Provide operational support to Account Executives across Residential New Construction, Bulk, Major Accounts, and Furnished Suites.
• Coordinate installations, mass deployments, VIP requests, and service delivery activities.
• Respond to customer, account, billing, pricing, and product-related inquiries.
• Review, investigate, and resolve customer and operational escalations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Bulk, MDU, and Furnished Suite account support processes.
• Prepare and maintain reporting, dashboards, audits, and portfolio tracking.
• Validate account data, identify discrepancies, and support compliance requirements.
• Support pre- and post-sale reviews, audits, and migration activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Care, Technical Operations, Billing, and other internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Manage shared inboxes, task queues, and operational support channels.
• Support furnished suite and superintendent account setup, service changes, and billing activities.
• Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and business initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer retention, service delivery, and business objectives.
