Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join the Sales Enablement department. You will own channel operations, drive data-driven recommendations, and lead cross-functional projects from discovery to post-launch measurement in a fast-growing tech environment.

You’ll partner with Sales leaders and frontline teams to analyze issues, design practical improvements, and ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new processes and tools across multiple Canadian cities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience, ideally in management consulting or tech, strategy, or a business/revenue operations role, with experience leading client- or stakeholder-facing workstreams from problem definition through recommendation.
• Structured problem-solving: break an ambiguous business problem into hypotheses, test with data and stakeholder interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead channel projects from discovery through execution, rollout, and post-launch measurement.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements, project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and success measures.
• Maintain structured delivery plans with timing, responsibilities, and decisions.
• Develop rollout plans including communication, documentation, training, readiness, and post-launch support.
