GoSecure is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator in Montreal to support business development, lead generation, and executive coordination. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and the sales team to drive growth and streamline processes.

You will develop skills in prospecting, project coordination, and reporting within a fast-paced environment that values initiative, organization, and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, business development, or executive support.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Coordinate sales team activities and dashboards.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Manage the Vice President of Sales' calendar and travel.
• Support cross‑functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
