Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada's leader in last-mile logistics, seeking a Strategic role focused on process improvement, network speed enhancements, and expansion planning. You will collaborate across internal teams to analyze data, evaluate new outbound lanes, and drive KPI-based reporting to support decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field, plus 2–4 years in client-facing sales or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing sales or logistics role, preferably in supply chain, transportation, or network optimization.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to addressing challenges to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Support the improvement of internal processes to ensure efficient implementation of key initiatives.
• Enhance Network Speed & Efficiency: Strategize and implement initiatives to improve network speed, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across channels.
• Evaluate Outbound Lanes: Analyze potential new outbound lanes, identify key expansion opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Expansion Plan Execution: Work cross-functionally to execute expansion plans for our network across Canada, aligned with business goals and deadlines.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor KPIs like network speed and customer satisfaction; provide updates to stakeholders to drive performance.
