Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a logistics professional to improve internal processes, optimize the network, and analyze expansion opportunities across Canada from its Montreal base.

You will work with internal teams and clients to drive speed, efficiency, and outcomes using data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in client-facing sales or logistics is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills.

A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Support the improvement of internal processes to ensure efficient implementation of key initiatives.
• Enhance Network Speed & Efficiency: Strategize and implement initiatives to improve network speed, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all service channels.
• Evaluate Outbound Lanes: Analyze potential new outbound lanes, identify key expansion opportunities, and make recommendations to improve network coverage and service offerings in target markets.
• Expansion Plan Execution: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute expansion plan for our network across Canada, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network speed, operational timelines, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive performance and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing sales or logistics role, preferably within a supply chain, transportation, or network optimization environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to addressing challenges, and a focus on delivering results.
