Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a strategic operations professional to drive process improvement and network expansion across Canada. You will analyze data, optimize outbound lanes, and partner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that accelerate speed and reliability in last-mile logistics.

Ideal candidates hold a business/supply chain degree, 2–4 years in client-facing logistics or sales, and strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or supply chain management or related field.
• 2–4 years in a client-facing sales or logistics role, preferably in supply chain or network optimization.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

• Enhance network speed and efficiency: implement initiatives to boost speed and customer satisfaction.

A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Support the improvement of internal processes to ensure efficient implementation of key initiatives.
• Enhance Network Speed & Efficiency: Strategize and implement initiatives to improve network speed, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all service channels.
• Evaluate Outbound Lanes: Analyze potential new outbound lanes, identify key expansion opportunities, and make recommendations to improve network coverage and service offerings in target markets.
• Expansion Plan Execution: Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to execute expansion plan for our network across Canada, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
• Data‑Driven Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as network speed, operational timelines, and customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to drive performance and support decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a client‑facing sales or logistics role, preferably within a supply chain, transportation, or network optimization environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible, problem‑solving mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to addressing challenges, and a focus on delivering results.
