Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Montreal seeks a strategic Operations Professional to help define operational requirements, validate process integration, and identify gaps that affect quality, productivity and scalability. You will coordinate with PMO, BA and Engineering, prepare stations, plan pilots and deployments, and monitor KPIs to ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations.

The role requires 8–12 years in operations or transformation, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proficiency

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in operations, project management, transformation or process improvement (logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale cross-functional projects, including multi-site deployments.
  • Experience with SOP/WI documentation and operational KPIs.

A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the definition of operational requirements by providing the necessary field expertise to ensure that the proposed solutions are realistic, applicable and aligned with operations.
  • Review the processes proposed by the Product team in order to validate their integration with existing operational standards.
  • Identify operational gaps, dependencies, and impacts related to the development of new processes, including on quality, productivity, capacity, equipment, roles and responsibilities, and scalability of operations.
  • Formulate operational recommendations to adjust solutions, reduce implementation risks and ensure an efficient transition to operations.
Readiness of stations and deployment of national initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate station preparation prior to pilots, ramp-ups and national deployments, including requirements for resources, facilities, tools, equipment, communications and operational support.
  • Ensure that the stations involved understand the change, new processes, success criteria, performance expectations, and escalation mechanisms prior to launch.
  • Coordinate the execution of pilots and deployments with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between operations, PMO, BA, ENGINEERING, SOPs, and training.
  • Validate that supporting documents, SOPs, work instructions, and training content are aligned with the business process prior to deployment.
Monitoring, performance and post-pilot improvement
  • Monitor the execution of the initiatives deployed, identify obstacles in the field and coordinate mitigation actions with the teams concerned.
  • Monitor KPIs, readiness criteria, action plans and field feedback to assess the effectiveness of the deployment and the stability of the new process.
  • Document challenges, learnings, and opportunities for improvement to strengthen future deployments and reduce the risk of operational rework.
  • Support the transition to teams responsible for continuous execution once the process is stabilized.
Required Skills
  • Influential leadership and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent understanding of operations, logistics, and change management principles.
  • Strong analytical, complex problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear, structured communication adapted to various audiences (field, management, executives).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and transforming environment.
  • Rigor, sense of organization and results-oriented.
  • Strong autonomy and ability to act as a consultant to internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, industrial engineering, administration or related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in operations, project management, transformation or process improvement (logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale cross-functional projects, including multi-site deployments.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Jira.
  • Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI or equivalent).
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Agile certifications considered strong assets.
  • Experience with SOP/WI documentation and operational KPIs.
