Job summary

Phelps Homes Ltd. in Grimsby, ON is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales team and drive marketing initiatives for our new home communities.

You will balance sales administration, marketing coordination, digital campaigns, and customer communications in a fast-paced homebuilding environment, ensuring accurate data, strong client interaction, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales or marketing coordination, preferably in real estate development or construction.
• Proficient with CRM (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, and social scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with builder/sales systems such as Newstar or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience with modern productivity and AI tools (Replit, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: maintain CRM and lead systems, prepare APS and related docs, qualify leads, and generate reports.
• Marketing Coordination: plan community launches, build landing pages and nurture workflows, manage digital campaigns and budgets.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, legal, and external vendors; ensure brand consistency.
