  2. Developing short (<2 years), medium (2-5 years), and long-range (5-10 years) strategic equipment and support plans aligned with customer mine plans, including equipment and service forecasts, pricing, quality, estimates, and market intelligence (20%)
  3. Maintaining long-term relationships with customers, Caterpillar, and Finning (10%)
  4. Representing Finning in customer meetings, seminars, and strategic initiatives to support sales and product support (10%)
  5. Managing the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales force, including recruitment, coaching, development, and mentorship (10%)

Education & Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, management, or relevant trade certification
  • Minimum 10+ years of strategic or management experience in a mining environment
  • Knowledge of business, financials, budgeting, and forecasting best practices
