Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. You will establish relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meet sales targets.

This position is part of the Sales team and is remote.

Typical Day:
  • Represent Trojan to prospective customers for Mobile Rental and System Sales within your territory. Drive new customer acquisition, manage customer relationships, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
  • Achieve sales goals by managing opportunities and sales funnel using Trojan's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed growth targets for new customers and sales funnel.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related science.
  • 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years managing sales teams in industrial markets like Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Power, or Water.
  • Proven track record closing contracts over $1m in premium-priced products.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Based near a major airport in the Western US.
  • Experience with Water as a Service or mobile water filtration rentals.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD, plus commission. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k).
