This role oversees front-end and service operations to ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operational expectations.

You will coach a team, provide MOD coverage, and oversee store programs including Loyalty, BOPIS, and events, while maintaining asset protection and omni-channel

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviours to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems during transactions.
• Oversee events and in-store programs (e.g., in-store activities, loyalty enrollment).
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills work.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
