We are looking for our local Lead Partner / Sales Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Healthcare Recruitment activities in your allocated province in Canada.
This role combines: healthcare, purpose, connection, entrepreneurship, partnership, start-up, company ownership, and the possibility to exit with up to CAD $2M (two million) after seven years. In-house training provided, extensive support, and in-house technology to make your work life easier and interesting.

COMPENSATION:
In addition to your basic salary, you will receive monthly commissions as well as regular dividends from your shares. A percentage of shares will be given to you each time your business unit reaches a defined threshold (which we believe is very realistic, given our existing sales figures and the extensive support you will receive).
