Job summary

Swish, a proudly Canadian, family-owned cleaning supplies provider, seeks a Sales Manager for its Delta, BC site. You will lead sales and customer service, drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts, and execute the Strategic Plan within the sales organization.

You will coach a team, manage bid/RFP strategies, renewals, and pricing while maintaining senior-level relationships with key customers. On-site role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years progressive sales experience including leadership
• Proven success in achieving revenue targets
• Strong negotiation, key account management, and RFP experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership capable of motivating and coaching a team
• Ability to develop and execute sales and customer growth strategies
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth across core and growth segments
• Meet or exceed sales targets for new and existing accounts
• Develop and execute market, sales, and customer growth strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and geographic expansion
• Lead bid/RFP strategy and execution
• Oversee renewals, negotiations, and pricing strategies
• Grow Charlotte Branded product sales
• Coach and develop Sales and Customer Service teams
• Maintain senior relationships with key customers
• Ensure consistent sales processes and service excellence
