Job summary

Canadian Industries Ltd., via its Dulux Paints division, is hiring immediately for the position of Full-Time Store Manager in Delta. Reporting to the Store Group Manager, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service and take on all aspects of store operations.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the branch, achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses and inventory, maintaining high service standards, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail store environment.
• Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required per week.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the Dulux branch.
• Achieving sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintaining Dulux's high customer service standards for yourself and your team.
• Fostering a high level of associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hiring, leading, empowering, and managing your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members.
• Ensuring that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.
