Toromont Cat is seeking a proven Sales Manager to join our Concord team! The Sales Manager will lead, develop, and inspire the Equipment Sales team to achieve strategic goals while providing a superior customer experience. This position reports to the Concord Branch Manager and collaborates with key regional stakeholders.

In a typical day, YOU will:
  • Model safe, environmentally sound, and healthy work behaviors in support of Toromont’s safety culture.
  • Drive KPIs for business growth across equipment lines and strategic product offerings.
  • Lead and motivate the Equipment Sales team to meet business objectives.
  • Manage accounts within territories to support current customers and acquire new ones.
  • Utilize sales data to inform decisions and prioritize actions to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in P&L management through financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Travel regularly (75%) to customer locations to partner and coach the team.
Must-haves for this role:
  • Post-secondary education preferred, with up to 5 years’ sales leadership experience; industry experience is an asset.
  • Strong safety commitment and understanding of Toromont’s policies and code of conduct.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and support sales professionals to achieve KPIs.
  • Financial and business acumen to anticipate market trends and manage outcomes.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills to meet company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with systems and technology (CRM, financial programs).
  • Willingness to travel (75%, mostly local) and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
