Responsibilities:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach
– Conduct cold and warm sales calls to generate leads and build relationships
– Schedule and perform on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs
– Prepare and present accurate service quotes tailored to each client
– Manage pre-service previews to ensure alignment on expectations
– Collaborate with leadership to assign service teams and set pricing
– Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:
– Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
– Experience in industries such as commercial cleaning, real estate, or auto sales is a plus
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
