Your role involves:

  • Driving sales for new and pre-owned vehicles through strategic planning and team leadership.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives and ensuring high lead-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Fostering strong client relationships and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in automotive sales management and strong interpersonal skills.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Executing sales objectives for new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Developing sales plans and contributing to marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and developing client relationships.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team.
