Job summary

Suburban Motors in Victoria, BC, part of Carson Automotive Group, is seeking a results-oriented Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our energetic team. This full-time position at our Suburban Motors dealership offers a dynamic environment where you facilitate the car-buyer experience with exceptional service.

You will accompany customers on test drives, develop strong product knowledge across all models and packages, and pursue ongoing training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year car sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license; ability to obtain VSA license.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Position Requirements (minimum experience):

• Minimum of 1 year car sales experience preferred;
• A great work ethic with excellent customer service skills;
• High School degree of equivalent preferred;
• Valid Class 5 driver's license;
• Successful applicants will be required to obtain VSA license (criminal record check required) prior to commencement of employment.
