Carson Automotive Group’s Victoria Mitsubishi is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional buying experience from first contact to vehicle delivery, with a 5-day work week including evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong work ethic with excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Must obtain a VSA License prior to commencement (criminal record check required).
• Schedule is 5 days per week, including evenings and Saturdays.

This full-time role is best suited for candidates with previous sales experience who are motivated by performance-based income and career growth.

Principal Duties:

• Provide an exceptional customer buying experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery;
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives;
• Complete vehicle deliveries accurately and efficiently;
• Maintain strong product knowledge of new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, and services;
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional follow-up.
