Job summary

Carson Automotive Group in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our Pacific Mazda dealership. This full-time position is located at our Victoria, BC, showroom and involves guiding customers through the purchase and lease journey with outstanding service.

We offer large income potential with performance bonuses, training, and opportunities for advancement. A Class 5 license is required, and a VSA criminal record check will be completed before employment.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service environment preferred.
• High School degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Successful applicants will be required to obtain VSA license (criminal record check required).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong work ethic.

• Facilitates the customer buying experience with exceptional customer service;
• Offers and accompanies customers on test drives;

Position Requirements (minimum experience):

• A great work ethic with excellent customer service skills;


• 1 year in a Customer Service environment preferred;
