  • Use and promote the Procore application for field reporting, inspections, and communication
  • Lead Daily Huddles / Coordination Meetings
  • Conduct formal site safety inspection and address any hazards immediately
  • Host weekly Tool Box Safety meetings
  • Conduct weekly trade meetings on site with active and upcoming trade partners
  • Review and update Two-Week Lookahead Schedule with the crew and post on site
  • Confirm material, labour, and equipment requirements for upcoming work
  • Submit safety documentation, packing slips, and expense reports to the Project Manager
  • Ensure required postings are visible on site (Emergency Response Plan, Contacts, OH&S book, Safety Inspection, Permit, etc.)
  • Incident reporting – In the event of an incident involving injury, property damage, or theft, the Superintendent must complete an incident report and notify the appropriate management personnel according to incident reporting structure and plan.
