Job summary

Webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in a fast-paced, target-driven role. You will be the primary contact for customers, drive appointments, and secure deals while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The position requires a UK manual driving licence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Competitive bonuses and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell cars and ensure the branch runs smoothly; you are the main contact for customers.
• Contact customers and schedule appointments to meet targets.
• Appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver excellent service.
• Liaise with the back office and colleagues to keep operations seamless.
• May transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
• You may be required to transport purchased vehicles to various locations such as BCA sites during quiet periods.
