Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to lead a busy branch, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service across transfers between sites. You will be the main point of contact for customers and manage daily operations with a focus on achieving targets.

This 17-hour-per-week role operates on a rotating pattern with 2 days on, 3 days off, and weekend work. Training is provided, along with a generous bonus scheme and benefits package.

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.

Salary: £11,280 per year

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 17 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 2 days on 3 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license

• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills
