Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager to oversee busy branches, handle car appraisals, negotiate deals and ensure exceptional customer service. The role blends sales targets with operational management in a fast-growing, customer-focused environment.

You will guide team members, manage appointments and maintain strong client relationships while working on a rotational schedule including weekends. Training on car knowledge is provided.

Qualifications

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Capacity to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars as the primary duty and ensure efficient branch operations.
• Prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals and deliver great customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.
• Assist the transport department when not buying cars.

Salary

£5,640 per year

Hours

You will work 8.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 1 days on 4 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
• When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required

Requirements
