A leading company is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales of high-efficiency heat exchangers. The role focuses on engaging with top-tier accounts, developing tailored sales strategies, and requires strong relationship-building skills. Candidates should have a degree in engineering and relevant sales experience. Fluency in French is a plus.
The Sales Engineer position shall have the responsibility and accountability for sales of High-efficiency Welded and Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers to direct-buying Top-Tier and Mid-Market accounts, with a particular focus on energy efficiency and upgrading/value-based sales. Sales of Compact Welded and Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers to direct-buying Top-Tier and Mid-Market accounts, with a focus on energy efficiency and value-based sales. Targeted industry segments include end-users and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies in Chemical Production, Mineral Processing, Pulp & Paper, and potentially Oil & Gas industries.
This position reports to Alfa Laval's Canadian Corporate headquarters in Scarborough, Ontario. The successful candidate can be based in Scarborough, Calgary, or the Montreal/Quebec area.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Applied Science/Engineering or Technologist diploma, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum disciplines, though not mandatory.
Experience: 3-10 years of post-education sales or sales engineering experience in targeted industry segments.
