A leading company in energy-efficient solutions seeks a Sales Engineer to drive sales of Heat Exchangers across various industries. The role involves managing leads, building customer relationships, and developing tailored sales strategies. Candidates should have a strong background in engineering and sales, with fluency in French being a significant advantage.
The Sales Engineer position shall have the responsibility and accountability for sales of High-efficiency Welded and Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers to direct-buying Top-Tier and Mid-Market accounts, with a particular focus on energy efficiency and upgrading/value-based sales. Sales of Compact Welded and Plate & Frame Heat Exchangers to similar accounts are also included. Targeted industry segments include end-users and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) companies in Chemical Production, Mineral Processing, Pulp & Paper, and potentially Oil & Gas industries.
This position will report into Alfa Laval's Canadian Corporate headquarters in Scarborough, Ontario. The successful candidate can be based in Scarborough, Calgary, or the Montreal/Quebec area.

Education, Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Applied Science/Engineering or Engineering Technologist diploma. Preference (not mandatory) for Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum disciplines.
Experience: 3-10 years of post-education sales or sales engineering experience in targeted industry segments.
