You will own end-to-end ML forecasting models with high accuracy, drive significant conversion uplift via AI, and mentor the team while translating AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders across markets.

This role shapes the sales AI roadmap, collaborating with product and engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes at global scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B enterprise software sales with a proven track record of managing and closing complex deals.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) in a commercial setting.
• Experience building ML forecasting or scoring models for sales/go-to-market.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered tools to assist sales teams in real-time during customer interactions and negotiations.
• Own end-to-end development of ML forecasting models with ≥95% accuracy and auto-recalibration within 48 hours of market changes.
• Drive a measurable uplift in sales conversions attributed to AI tool deployment.
• Formulate and execute the long-term AI strategy for the sales department, aligning with business goals.
• Mentor and develop L2 AI Specialists, conducting technical reviews and fostering growth.
• Produce actionable market analysis reports and forecast outputs informing proactive business strategies.
