Job summary

Toromont Cat in Winnipeg is seeking a Digital Engagement Advisor to grow customer adoption of our digital portfolio. You will partner with customers, PSSRs, MSRs, and Sales teams to develop regional growth plans, onboard customers during equipment delivery, and monitor performance metrics to optimize usage.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT/Marketing/Business and 3–6 years of experience in digital solutions, with strong communication and training skills to deliver value and improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in digital solutions, technology adoption, or customer engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with proven ability to drive adoption and deliver value.
• Ability to analyze metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Promote and accelerate adoption of Toromont’s digital solutions with customers and sales teams.
• Develop and execute regional digital growth plans to boost engagement and platform use.
• Support onboarding during equipment delivery including account setup and training.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Deliver training on digital tools, features and best practices to customers and teams.
• Lead information sessions, site visits, and awareness campaigns to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve data quality and user experience.
• Gather feedback and support continuous improvement and new solution enhancements.
