Job summary

Wajax Corporation in Canada is seeking a results-oriented sales-support professional to obtain and upsell parts and service orders, deliver excellent customer service, and grow revenue. This role focuses on maintaining client information in CRM, supporting the sales team, and achieving business targets through strong telephone sales and communication.

You will manage orders, prepare quotes, attend site visits with After Market Sales Reps as needed, and respond to inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics and/or pneumatic is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain confidential client information utilizing CRM software.
• Manage customer satisfaction with existing customers by delivering top service.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and pricing information timely.
