Job summary

Wajax Corporation in Canada is seeking a Product Support Representative for the Construction/Crane segment. You will prospect, source new opportunities and leverage product knowledge to provide expert solutions for client needs.

You will manage existing territory customers, resolve issues, respond to inquiries, assist in bids, and coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College diploma / post secondary education.
• 2–3 years related experience in sales, marketing or equivalent business experience.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment is an asset; IMPACT selling process; valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction for construction/forestry/crane territory customers.
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Answer phone inquiries from existing and prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed all sales targets on a monthly/annual basis.
• Assist in bids for national customer opportunities.
• Liaise with manufacturers and internal teams to confirm orders and delivery times.
