• Proven track record in competitive selling and account management, with at least 7 years of experience in office products and solutions sales environments (including 2 years in sales management).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Own vehicle with valid insurance and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Sales Managers in motivating the sales team to surpass daily activity goals.
• Implement and oversee a value-added sales process, ensuring adherence to discount levels to achieve GP objectives.
• Address and resolve challenges faced by sales staff, especially in generating hardware revenue.
• Conduct regular strategic sales meetings to review performance, forecast, and refine branch strategies.
• Play an active role in customer demonstrations to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Enforce adherence to corporate policies and manage assets responsibly.
• Review and approve paperwork for rental and trial orders.
• Analyze, report, and present results against plans.
• Develop and submit Quarterly Business Plans to the VP with focused activities.
• Ensure payroll procedures and standards compliance.
