Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for creating and delivering vital sales strategies and plays a crucial role in Netcracker's success. We seek a high-performing Sales Director to help meet ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You will develop and execute key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve financial targets.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Identify opportunities where Netcracker’s solutions add value to customers.
  • Prospect new business within your territory and upgrade current opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities, focusing on new business.
  • Support contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify pressure points.
  • Build strong customer relationships through teamwork.
  • Design and execute campaigns supporting channel strategy and revenue growth.
  • Support marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and events.

What skills and experience will you need?

  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience in telecommunications.
  • 2+ years in inside sales or client-facing sales, with understanding of sales methodologies.
  • Ability to forecast and report opportunities accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
