About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Director of Strategic Sales & Partnerships to expand our outbound pipeline, close high-impact deals, and build strong, scalable relationships with third-party vendors and strategic partners. This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that blends sales, marketing collaboration, vendor management, and professional services alignment—ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.

What You’ll Do
Own the Strategic Sales Motion
Drive outbound pipeline generation and manage full-cycle sales from lead to close
Forecast and report performance metrics to leadership
Select and manage third-party outbound vendors and tools
Partner closely with Marketing to align campaign goals and execution
Empower our Team
Guide and direct our sales and marketing team
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Professional Services to shape solutions and pricing for complex engagements
Ensure seamless handoff between Sales and Service Delivery teams
Collaborate with Marketing to refine outbound messaging and segmentation
Help build a scalable partner and vendor ecosystem that supports long-term growth
Client-Facing Travel (~20%)
Represent the company at strategic partner meetings, key accounts, and select industry events
What We’re Looking For
8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals independently
Experience managing third-party vendors (especially outbound sales or lead gen)
Strong cross-functional communicator and collaborator
Familiarity working with or alongside Professional Services teams
Analytical mindset with a bias toward action
Comfortable in fast-moving, resourceful environments
Experience working in the technology/fintech field (preferred)
